Three weeks flat out, then nothing
Work arrives in lumps. When you're fitting, nobody's quoting. When you're quoting, the vans are quiet. The month either pays for itself or it doesn't, and you find out too late to do anything about it.
Meta ads for UK flooring companies
We run the ads, qualify every enquiry, and book it in as a 15-minute consultation with reminders. You only ever ring someone who is expecting the call.
No service fee until you've closed your first order. One flooring company per area.
£25,000+ from £2,400
Sales from ad spend, including one order worth £6,600.
KSC Carpets & Flooring — Swansea
£10,000+ profit
Well over £10,000 in profit in the first month.
GP's Flooring — Gaz Prodger
One company per area
Your patch is yours. We don't run your competitor's ads.
Part of the deal, in writing
The bit nobody mentions
Three things we hear on almost every first call with a flooring company.
Work arrives in lumps. When you're fitting, nobody's quoting. When you're quoting, the vans are quiet. The month either pays for itself or it doesn't, and you find out too late to do anything about it.
You buy an enquiry that three other fitters have already bought. By the time you ring, they've had four calls and the only thing left to talk about is price. So you drop your price to win a job you didn't want at that margin.
Somebody filled a form in on Tuesday. You ring Wednesday, ring again Thursday, leave a voicemail, hear nothing. They weren't a timewaster. They were just never told you'd be calling.
How it works
The order matters — each step exists because of what goes wrong without it.
Facebook and Instagram ads written and run for your patch, put in front of people in your towns who are looking at flooring now.
Which rooms, what sort of flooring, when they want it doing, rough budget. It happens before anything reaches you.
A 15-minute consultation drops straight into your diary, with SMS and email reminders so they're sat there expecting the call.
Every enquiry that doesn't book, and every older one sat in the system, keeps getting worked until they book a time or opt out.
Spend, enquiries, appointments, jobs won — in one place, updating as it happens. No monthly PDF full of charts.
You message us directly. No account manager, no ticket, no waiting until Monday to change something in the ads.

Better we both know now than three weeks in.
Pricing
Three stages. Nothing hidden behind them, and nothing to sign for twelve months.

Cancel any time, no lock-in.
One flooring company per area.
Who you’re dealing with
Not trades in general, not “local business” — carpet and flooring companies, which is why we already know what a decent job is worth to you and what a wasted week costs.
We write and run the ads ourselves, and we build the follow-up ourselves. There’s no junior running your account and no agency layer sat in between.
You’ll have us on WhatsApp, so if something needs changing you message us and it gets changed.
And we take one flooring company per area. That means we turn work away, and it means the company down the road can’t buy their way in over the top of you.
Fair questions
Busy now isn't the same as booked in six weeks. Most flooring companies we speak to are busy in bursts, then spend a fortnight quoting anything that moves to fill the gap. This gives you a steady flow of consultations in the diary so you're picking the jobs you want rather than taking whatever turns up. If you genuinely can't fit any more work in, don't start — it'll only frustrate both of us.
So had GP's Flooring — we were the third or fourth company they'd tried, and the ones before "didn't do what they said they were going to do". That's exactly why we don't charge a service fee until you've closed your first order. You start on ad spend alone, and if it doesn't produce, you've paid us nothing.
Unqualified ones are. A name and a number with no context is a cold call with extra steps. Every enquiry here gets qualified on rooms, flooring type, timing and rough budget before it reaches you, and it only lands in your diary once they've picked a time and been reminded about it. Luke Ross at Impra Carpets normally works off word of mouth and said these leads were "far superior to the word-of-mouth leads".
The system contacts every enquiry the moment it arrives, qualifies it and offers times. Anyone who doesn't book keeps getting followed up automatically — including older enquiries — until they book or opt out. You make one call: the 15-minute consultation, to someone sat waiting for it.
No. One flooring company per area. Once your area is taken, it's taken, and we'll tell the next company that rings us that it's gone.
Live within 48 hours of getting access to your ad account. First enquiries typically come in inside 24–48 hours of launch, and first booked consultations in week one.
Fifteen minutes: what the flooring market looks like where you are, whether the area is still open, and what roughly £900 a month of ad spend should realistically bring back in quoted jobs.
No service fee until you've closed your first order.
Not ready for a call?
Tell us where you are and what you fit. We'll come back to you and let you know whether your area is still open — no pitch, no signing up to anything.
If you'd rather just talk it through, book a 15-minute call.
